These figures reflect a single trading window. The partnership is ongoing, with updated year-on-year results being published as we continue scaling Muoti across acquisition, retention, and creative.

The Challenge

By year two, there growth had stalled. Despite strong product, Muoti averaged just £1,384/month (Oct 2023 - Dec 2024) with around 2,200 sessions/month and no CRM, no structured email/SMS, and no multi-channel funnel.
Even Q4 underperformed, generating just £4,500 during a peak period before we came onboard.
The brand needed a foundational system to break out of plateau and scale profitably.

The Approach

We built a full multi-channel growth system across:

  • Acquisition: Paid search + paid social architecture, feed optimisation, tracking fixes
  • Retention: Complete Klaviyo ecosystem, segmentation, flows, campaign cadence
  • Creative: New templates, new product drops, brand-aligned storytelling
  • Website: Optimisation, landing pages, CRO adjustments
  • Pricing: Product hierarchy + discount structure planning
  • Lifecycle: High-intent triggers, VIP logic, replenishment, and repeat-purchase strategy

Muoti remains an active client and one of our longest-standing partnerships. A full-year performance update will be released in 2026 as we continue scaling the brand into its next phase.

The Impact

Within 90 days we turned Muoti’s stagnant store into a scaling operation, tripling quarterly sales and more than doubling conversion rate. Over the first eight months of 2025, our integrated system of Google Ads + Meta Ads + Klaviyo consistently drove profitable growth, stabilised acquisition costs, and built customer loyalty, positioning Muoti to compete in the premium fashion space with sustainable, multi-channel revenue.
