The Challenge

When Muoti, a luxury fashion eCommerce boutique, came to us in year two of their journey, growth had plateaued. Despite a strong product range, revenue averaged just £1,384/month between Oct 2023–Dec 2024, with site sessions stuck around 2,195/month. Even peak trading periods underperformed, with Q4 2024 delivering only £4,500 in sales.The brand lacked a CRM system, had no structured email or SMS activity, and was missing a multi-channel strategy to scale revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

The Approach

The Strategy

We built a multi-channel growth system that combined acquisition, retention, and creative optimisation:

Google Ads

– rebuilt Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns with advanced GA4 + GTM + CAPI tracking for accurate attribution.

Meta Ads

– introduced a full-funnel structure (TOF, MOF, BOF) and creative testing to scale profitable acquisition.

Email & SMS (Klaviyo)

– launched a complete lifecycle suite (welcome, abandoned cart, checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase) and a weekly campaign calendar tied to drops and storytelling.

Creative & CRO

– implemented a click-optimised template system and improved content across ads and email to balance sales activation with editorial brand-building.

The Impact

Within 90 days we turned Muoti’s stagnant store into a scaling operation, tripling quarterly sales and more than doubling conversion rate. Over the first eight months of 2025, our integrated system of Google Ads + Meta Ads + Klaviyo consistently drove profitable growth, stabilised acquisition costs, and built customer loyalty, positioning Muoti to compete in the premium fashion space with sustainable, multi-channel revenue.
