By year two, there growth had stalled. Despite strong product, Muoti averaged just £1,384/month (Oct 2023 - Dec 2024) with around 2,200 sessions/month and no CRM, no structured email/SMS, and no multi-channel funnel.
Even Q4 underperformed, generating just £4,500 during a peak period before we came onboard.
The brand needed a foundational system to break out of plateau and scale profitably.
