The Manifesto:

The Manifesto

Agencies sell you the shine,
The lobbies, the plaques, the polished lines.
Then hand your brand to a junior seat,
And wonder why returns fall flat, incomplete.

We’ve lived the loss, the wasted spend,
The calls that promise, but never end.
So we built something lean, something true,
A collective of operators who’ve been there too.

No offices, no overheads to hide,
Just hands-on partners, side by side.
Paid, retention, creative aligned,
Not in silos, but combined.

We’re not here to chase awards,
Or fill a slide with empty words.
We’re here to win customers, plain and straight,
And cut the cost of what you don’t need off your plate.

So if you’re done with the agency game,
And want growth without the same old pain,
You might just be one of us.

That’s our manifesto, and the reason I built Collective : Holmes.

It’s not just a poem. It comes from my own experience running eCommerce brands, pouring money into agencies that overpromised, and learning first-hand how costly bad marketing really is.

That frustration became fuel. I built Collective : Holmes to be lean by design - no bloated retainers, no junior handoffs. I’m a certified Google Ads and Klaviyo Partner, directly involved in building and running strategies, and I work alongside a trusted lean network of senior freelancers with the same level of experience. Together, we’ve built our own brands, managed real budgets, and know exactly what’s at stake when performance doesn’t deliver.

We don’t sell services you don’t need. We cut the waste, focus on what works, and build multi-channel strategies that actually grow brands - from paid ads to retention to creative direction. The poem is our philosophy. This is how we put it into practice.
